The Team

Sarah leads the legal delivery of Williams Law, maintaining oversight across the team’s transactions and supporting colleagues throughout the conveyancing process.

​

Her legal career began at the age of 16 in the post room of a Cardiff law firm. She progressed into residential conveyancing and qualified as a solicitor in 2008.

​

Professionally known as Sarah Beynon-Williams, she has practised exclusively in conveyancing since qualifying and has developed extensive experience across residential property transactions, with particular expertise in new-build purchases.

 

Sarah works closely with clients, developers, estate agents and mortgage professionals. She also continues to personally manage her own transactions from instruction through to completion.

Chris oversees the day-to-day management of Williams Law, working closely with Sarah and the team to support the smooth running and continued development of the business.

Having helped establish Williams Law in 2022, Chris has continued to support the business as it has grown. His role focuses on systems, processes and the operational side of the business, helping the team remain focused on supporting clients.

​

Having previously served in a variety of roles as a police officer, Chris brings a strong focus on teamwork, organisation, communication and practical problem-solving.

Jaymee is an experienced residential conveyancer and an established member of the Williams Law team. She manages transactions from instruction through to completion, including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.

​

Known for her clear communication, practical approach and commitment to client care, Jaymee works closely with clients, lenders and estate agents to help ensure transactions progress as smoothly as possible.  Calm, approachable and dependable, she takes pride in guiding clients through the conveyancing process and delivering a high standard of service from start to finish.

Ellie joined Williams Law in 2025 and has quickly developed a strong interest in residential conveyancing. Organised, attentive and eager to learn, she supports the day-to-day progression of matters and has already earned promotion to Junior Assistant through her hard work, dedication and progress.

Alongside gaining valuable practical experience within the team, Ellie is studying for her conveyancing diploma as she continues to build her knowledge and work towards a career in the profession. An enthusiastic and valued member of the team, she is committed to providing excellent support to colleagues and clients alike.

Anna brings experience from across the property sector, having previously worked as a Lettings Negotiator, alongside a strong background in customer service and administration.

Bubbly, upbeat and approachable, Anna helps guide clients through the onboarding process. She understands that the early stages of a property transaction can sometimes feel stressful and aims to make the experience as clear, straightforward and positive as possible.

Shelley brings 18 years of experience with Lloyds Banking Group, along with a strong background in customer service, organisation and administration. As part of the onboarding team, she supports new enquiries, gathers the information needed to get matters underway and helps keep the early stages of the process clear and organised.

Helpful, attentive and highly organised, Shelley is a valued member of the team—and brings her own quirky sense of humour to the office. Outside work, she enjoys creating bouquets and floral arrangements for special occasions.

Rachel has worked alongside Sarah at various points for almost 20 years and is a trusted, long-standing member of the Williams Law team.

 

Her role covers a varied range of work, including file reviews, audit preparation, client enquiries, liaising with lenders and general administrative matters, helping to keep matters organised and progressing smoothly.

​

Bubbly, loyal and straight-talking, Rachel brings plenty of energy, humour and positivity to the office. Known for being thorough, dependable and always willing to lend a hand, she takes great pride in her work and is highly valued by colleagues across the team.

Cheryl brings 25 years of post-completion experience and extensive knowledge of the final administrative and registration stages of residential conveyancing.

Working behind the scenes once transactions have completed, Cheryl helps ensure the remaining requirements are handled carefully, accurately and efficiently. Her experience, attention to detail and willingness to help make her an invaluable member of the team.
