Complaints Procedure

Williams Law is committed to providing a professional and high standard of service at all times. If at any stage you are dissatisfied with the service provided, we encourage you to raise your concerns with us in the first instance so we can work to resolve matters promptly and fairly.

Raising a Concern

Clients are encouraged to contact the member of the team handling their matter initially. Sarah Beynon-Williams maintains supervisory oversight across legal matters undertaken by the Williams Law team and will often be involved in assisting with the resolution of any concerns raised.

As the legal work undertaken by the Williams Law team is carried out through Taylor Rose Solicitors, any formal complaint which cannot be resolved directly will be handled in accordance with Taylor Rose’s formal complaints procedure.

A copy of Taylor Rose’s formal complaints procedure is available upon request.
